i want to disable the payment methods

i want the payment method to be on delivery of the product
so i need to disable all the payment methods on the website without this message :
No payment methods found

just the user register his data and the product he wants and send his request to administrator email
How to do this on Hikashop ?

I think that you'll probably find your answer there :

It's easy, just remove the "payment" and "shipping" views from the "checkout workflow" option of the Checkout tab of the configuration.
