Hi,

Which PayPal are you using, PayPal or PayPal Pro ?

Are you sure that the email used is correct, is it a merchant account ?
We don't have other feedbacks on that, and a lot of HikaShop users are using the PayPal plugin.

If you're using the component contact enhanced, it has a bug which generate that paypal error because it messes with the email hidden input fields of the PayPal form of HikaShop and it shouldn't.

In that case, remove it or contact contact enhanced support to fix the problem.

If you don't use that component, make sure that you entered a valid paypal email address in the options of the plugin ( you can confirm that with paypal's support ).

If that still is not working, please provide a link to your website so that we can look at the issue.

I got in touch with the support team at Contact Enhanced and it's an easy fix.

All you have to do is disable the Mailto2CE plugin.

You'll find it in Extensions :> Plugin Manager :> System - Mail Links to Contact Enhanced

You simply disable the plugin and everything will work as usual

The Contact Enhanced team are working on the problem so I expect this bug won't last too long anyway
