Hi,

I want to display my product in div just like you display your shoes on your demo site. I used to have this but I had to reinstall Hikashop and now I lost it! All my settings are exactley as in your back end. I've tried every combination and still nothing... after 2 days I'm loosing it and I've probably switched too many settings!

this is my page I want to change... pottery4you.com/index.php/gooooo/gooooo-collection

I really hope you can help me cause it's stressing me out!

Thank you,

Glenn

Hi,

You have to change the options of the "gooooo-collection" menu. Set the display in divs, and select the "Type of item layout" to "image and title".
Have you edited the view "product / listing_img_title" in Display > Views ? If it is, see if you don't removed some things that you need to be displayed.

The settings in the gooooo collection are as you said and in views I never changed anything... It's so weird cause I used to have it... Is there any chance of you taking a peek in my back-end?

Thank you,

Glenn

Turn off the "use bootstrap design" option of the configuration and it will work.

Hi,

Thanks for the access.

In your HikaShop configuration, thumbnails were disabled.
So the thumbnails in the product listing couldn't be displayed.

I activated the option and now it is working good.

I just found this thread and it has answered many of my questions regarding how to display the items in my shop. I simply want to have my sop look like the demo Hikashop Shoes pages

demo.hikashop.com/index.php?option=com_h...ng&Itemid=79&lang=en

I have made a number of changes to make my page look the same however I still have a number of items I am not clear about.

1.) the Add to Cart button on the shoes pages is very bright, clear and easy to read. However I have not yet figured out out to make my button look as nice, here is my shop front page:

www.mindsafety.eu/index.php/shop/hikasho...r-categories-listing

2.) Looking at the demo Hikashop Shoes page the border around the items for sale looks to be other then BLACK I have not found out how to change mine and I would like to "soften" the border by using a lighter colour like the demo Hikashop has.

3.) Am I right in thinking that the Shoes page items are set in a white background with the shoes in the middle and then that image is positioned in the box which has a "light grey" background?

I just to say AGAIN that I think that Hikashop is GREAT!!!! :) :) :)

Whilst there clearly still "issues" with my shop I have moved so much farther forward with Hikashop :) the I did with both Virtuemart :( and Redshop :( !!!!!

I will be building another eshop soon and I instantly knew what I was going to use when I was asked if I would do another one.

Thanks again Hikashop!!!!! :)

I have taken another look at the Red Shoes image and it is 68px X 100px. How have you managed to get the look you have?
If you take a look at the image I have attached you will see that there is Grey above and below the picture of the Red Shoes however the picture is only 68px wide so why is there white from one side to the other?????

I want to get that look myself.

Thanks again in advance for great support and a great tool!!!! :)

Hi,
1. 2.
Note that you'll be able to adapt the display of your add to cart button by using some CSS code.

3. Yes

4. You'll be able to change the size of the images of you product listing by :
- Going to the page "Hikashop->Display->Content modules->Your module which have the ID number 136"
- Using the Image width/height options.
