how to shipping set particular zip

any help ll appreciate,
we want particular zip of city which is not our range like USA->CALIFRONIA->POMONA->91768

Hi,
first of all we create a manual shipping but it does not showing up on checkout page.(how can we show we configure correctly)
k let me clarify ,we have some shipping products that providing only for particular city like California->pomona-91768
and same product my customer want to purchase in other city like California->other city->zip, we do not have shipping option if customer zip code not our range we want to set message "our shipping provider not available on your zipcode".

we are facing problem in this stage. let me know if any clarification .

I think that you'll just have to :
- Use the Zone option of your shipping method configuration page and set it to the zone of your zip code (if you want your shipping method to be shipped for more than 1 zip code, you'll have to create a new zone, and add all your zip code's zone as sub-zone).
- Set the "Use Price per product" option of your shipping method and set your shipping price through the "shipping price" tab through each product page.
