Remove Basic Settings from Profile Page?!

Hi Guys,

After Logon it shows some Profile settings for the user.. and at the bottom it shows Basic Settings:

Basic Settings

Entered Time zoneNo Information Entered
Frontend languageNo Information Entered

Where do I remove this from showing up?

It is not an HikaShop page but a Joomla one.
