Backend Menu Screwed Up. Help Please!

Please see attached, the backend Hikashop menu is really screwed up, I cannot for the life of me figure out where to fix this.

Hi,

Please check your CSS files are right.
The CSS used in the backend for the menu is not loaded properly. The icon for the "dashboard" button is not displayed too.
It looks like the CSS files are no correctly loaded.

These files are in the folder "media/com_hikashop/css" : backend_default.css and menu.css

Didn't work. I just completely reinstalled Hikashop. Same thing.

Hi,

You can have something broken in the web page. Your browser will be your best ally in order to know which file are loaded in the page.
Did you check your files ?
I didn't say you had to reinstalled HikaShop, I said you have to check the files and see if there are accessible.

If you have a custom backend file which override the default css file, it could explain some things but not all points.
Please look at the html content of a page or check the "errors" given by your browser.
