FaLang + different templates?

I wanted to check Falang, how it works. So, downloaded free version and installed.

I have a modified copy of template for each language, because the words in any language are not the same length (menu) and template of my shop is others than of my blog. Also header varies by language (headline and slogan).

But I see now, if I translate with Falang, no option to change the template, so header and footer remains in the same language and not change.

Had someone such problem? Can that be solved or not?

I don't know about that.
However, that you don't necessarily needs to translate everything with Falang on your website. You can have a mix of Falang translated content and Joomla translated content. For example, you could have your menu items translated with the default system of Joomla and the rest with Falang and that might actually help on your issue.
I would recommend you to contact directly Stéphane, the developer of Falang on his website to ask him about that:

He will be able to answer about that better than us.
