PayPal - Is this of concern for us using PayPal

I got an email regarding changes at PayPal. The email lead me to this page at PayPal:

www.paypal-notify.com/eventnotification/...s_popup?eventId=3503

Is this of concern? It is already handled by HikaShop?

There is nothing to do.
Just that their SSL certificates will be updates.
