No state can be displayed in the registration form

Hi. I have HikaShop configured with a single country: Argentina.

And I want you to show me the select "Provinces", only the provinces of Argentina.

In the zone configuration, uncheck all countries except Argentina. And in the configuracción of "Provinces" (states) published only in Argentina. However do not appear on the registration form. It only appears the "Country" and the field name "Province", but the field in the form.

If I activate another province other than Argentina, select field appears on the form, but only that it is the province of Argentina. Those of Argentina not appear.

Hi,
If it's just happening through your registration form I think that you should have either a JavaScript error on your website or you had edited one of the of the views of the registration area.

So you should probably :
1. Check your browser javascript error log for that page to see if you have any error.
2. Check that you didn't edited one of the files of the view"user or the file login of the view checkout through Hikashop->Display->Views.

Thank you for your prompt response.

We do not edit any files on "Display" and browser javascript working properly (tried several browsers).

I think I expressed correctly. I am enclosing 2 new screenshots to show my problem.

In the first snapshot you note that I am turning the state "Guadeloupe".

Activating this state, the "province" of the form reappears, but in the drop down menu only appears the "Guadeloupe". They would have to appear all Argentine provinces because they are activated as well, and do not appear.

Hi there,

Indeed this custom field has to be published. The issue is probably coming from it configuration.
Could you please check that the "Zone" option is correctly configured to state?
A screenshot of this configuration page could also help us.

You simply need to save the settings of the custom country field and then the settings of the custom state field as their default values in the database is still the previous ones.

Edit the custom country field and click on "save".
Then, edit the custom state field and click on "save".

Buenos días.

Hoy he vuelto a tener este mismo problema. La version de Hikashop es la Business: 2.2.1.

He realizado los pasos que me indicó Nicolas, los cuales antes funcionaron bien pero ahora ya no funcionan.

No se si será unbug de esta última version.

Lo extraño es que por mas que guardo el pais y las provincias, en vistas > campos personalizados, los cambios no se ven reflejados.

No creo que sea un problema de javascript, ya que he probado con varias plantillas y tengo el mismo problema.

Adjunto capturas.

We made new improvements in HikaShop 2.2.2 for fixing some zone custom field like you have in your website.
This new HikaShop should be release before the end of the month, we are currently working on final tests before making the publication.
