Hi, our first shop begins to work today. A lot of orders are coming - great fun. Everything is working fine, so long. The only question is how can I send the orders automatically to my employees? They don´t work with Joomla.

You can send a copy of the customer email to employees if that helps

Hi,

You could click on the "export" button of the orders listing and send that file to your employees maybe ?

Hi,
I understand You but take a look on that csv-file. It is not easy to work with it. All swedish letters are a mess. Everything else I love in the shop - the report possibilities should be better.

If you open in excel then select tab 'data' then select column a and press button 'text to columns' then data type delimited and delimeter tab this will organise it for you.

Hi,

The exported CSV file displays the letters properly on my end. It must be the tool/options that you use to display it which are not correct. I'm using OpenOffice Calc on my end.
Also, if you don't want all the columns but only the ones you need, you could instead create a new mass action via the menu System>Mass actions. Simply set it of the type "order" with an action "export a CSV" and select the columns you want and when you click on "process" you'll get a similar CSV but only with the columns you want.
