i would add product in hikashope component from fronend , Register user can add product from frontend , can you please provide me answer.

Hi,

In order to do that, you need to install HikaMarket Multivendor so that your registered users are vendors:
www.hikashop.com/extensions/hikamarket-multi-vendor.html
