email Basket reminder

Having access to the different baskets is a nice feature.
To use this more pro-active it would be nice to send customer a reminder when they didn't buy it yet.

A customer has added items to there basket and are also have been recognized as a user.
Didn't buy the yet.
Sent a reminder email with an overview of the basket and a like to progress there payment
