create / modify your cron task

Greetings to all,
Who can help me?
As per attached picture, except when in create / edit your cron comes along with the other also written this error message:

Error triggering your website on the url: http :// stellanails.it/index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=cron&no_html=1

It means that it does not work?
What does this message?
How can I fix the problem?

Hi,

If you have a question for the HikaShop support ; please provide details about your issue.
stellanails had errors with his cron job because the external call from our server was blocked ; he follow the checks describe in the documentation and find his issue.

Now because your issue is probably a total different one ; it will be better to explain your problem and provide the details regarding the points listed in our documentation.
