Strange problem with pop-up address entry

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.4
-- PHP version -- : 7.0.12

Hi I have the following problem - pop-up window for entering the address, instead of input fields code is displayed. How can I fix it?

Hi,

What if you try with the default template of Joomla ? Do you also have the problem ?
I tried to access your website but it seems it's not accessible so I couldn't do any further checks.
