Canonical URL with XMAP

Please make use of the canonical URL (if completed) for categories of producers and products while creating sitemap with XMAP.

I just added it in our TODO list, and it should be added in the next release of HikaShop. (~June)

Installed by HikaShop 2.2, but when generating sitemap for manufacturers in the categories specified canonical URL is not used
