<SOLVED> have to push "Next" 2x to get to payment

When users go to checkout, they are having to push "next" twice to get to our payment processing company (Authorize.net).

To create the issue:

1. go here: 184.154.228.9/~throwdow/live/index.php?o...ct&task=show&cid=535
2. select "add to cart"
3. click "next"
4. Select "authorize.net" and accept terms & conditions
5. HERE IS THE BUG.. click "next" and it will require you to click "next" again ..

Not sure why.. I have attached a checkout worklflow screenshot below:

Hi,

That normally happens when you turn off the 'auto submit of shipping and payment selection' option of the Checkout tab of the configuration.
Please make sure that it is turned on.
