Yes.

First, you have the "registration" option in the config that you can set to "no registration" to disable the registration of the users. Only the email and address will be asked.
Then, the login part of the left can be hidden by adding the CSS below in the config under the tab display in your hikashop front end CSS:

.hikashop_checkout_login_left_part{display:none;}

I didn't mention any view edition. I was talking about the TAB display in the configuration of hikashop.
