Moving Add to Cart button

Hi

This is just a minor problem, but I have spent about 2 hours trying to find where and how I can fix it.

Basically and using 212.113.133.235/~englishr/index.php?opti...3&category_pathway=0 as an exmaple, I would like to change the layout so the quantity field sits on the line above the add to cart button.

I have tried display > Views and custom Css and nothing works. Please could you point me in the right direction.
