Add a menu to products and checkout pages

Greetings.
I am trying to add a "Help" menu with FAQs, Return Policy, etc. to my product pages and can't figure out how to do that. I want the menu to be inset on the page somewhere.

When I go to display/content menu and try and add a menu module, it doesn't show my "Help" module that I created, and I can't figure out how to add a menu that is visible.

I don't know where to go from here.

I think this is probably easy, but I am lost.

I think this is my problem as well. Certain modules do not show up on my products pages... Couldn't figure out how to make them appear. I go to create a new menu, I add a hikashop product... I then go and set my module to appear on that product within that new menu, set as "Public" and the module still will not show. If I login however, it does show. (On Hika 1.6.0) What am I doing wrong?

Not sure if this is related, but it only seems to be showing up as a problem in Firefox and IE, but not Chrome... I thought it might have been cached, cleared the cache and it seems to be still there.. see attached. Now that I'm looking at it closer, one module isn't hikashop related...but it's missing too... it's weird. See the attached JPG for clarification.
