Add tooltips or instructions to shipping icons

Hello.
I would like to clarify the icons on the shipping page. Is there anyway to add descriptive text and/or tooltips to the modify/delete icons?

Yes, you need to edit the file address_view of the view checkout via the menu Display->Views and add the code:
title="<?php echo JText::_('HIKA_DELETE'); ?>"
or:
title="<?php echo JText::_('HIKA_EDIT'); ?>"

to the a tag around both images.
