Hi,

I did a search for this but couldn't find it anywhere. I have setup some manual shipping options and want to assign an image to them to appear in the cart. I uploaded the files to the /images/ directory as there was no option in the shipping image selection window to upload a new image.

I tried several ways of entering the path to the file but I can't get it to work. Can you tell me how to do this please?

Any chance of adding an upload option to the shipping image selction window in a future release?

HH.

I found the files with File Manager and added a new one to the directory which now appears in the selection window. Thanks.

It's is written in the documentation of that page (you have a help button on each page which displays the corresponding documentation). The path is: media/com_hikashop/images/shipping

I am having trouble with this.... I have added the image to the folding in the directory...it's there, however doesnt appear on my options in the backin of hikashop/joomla. My FTP sees it... but joomla doesn't appear to. I've cleared the cache and refreshed...still not there!

The system will only accept files with the extensions jpg, gif or png. Please make sure that your images have the correct format.
And also, they need to be readable. If in doubt, set their access level to 777 via your FTP client.

Thanks for the help... I learned that it was my Web provider. They had moved my folder and my FTP was connecting to the wrong location. All good now. Thanks for the quick response.
