add. payment methods and batching?

Outing myself as a newb here. I've got Joomla 1.6 and HikaShop 1.4.8. I've got two problems:

1) I'm setting up an online store to use Authorize.net and cash on delivery. Even though I have both plugins installed and enabled, when I actually go through the test checkout process, I only get the CoD option. Why?

2) Is there any way to have it store credit card transactions locally to be batched later by an employee of the online store?

1. If you don't see a payment method, it's because of one of the problems listed there: www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...ins-listing.html#faq

2. Yes. If you use the credit card payment plugin, the credit card information of the user is stored half on the website and half in the email sent to you as the shop owner so that you can then process it yourself manually using your own payment terminal.

Hello,
I want to use CC information for manual batching as well but can't seem to find it anywhere on website. Credit Card Payment Plugin is installed.
Where would it be stored?

I can see on the forum that I have to look into the history of the order but I can't see any credit card numbers information there. The system is emailing the other half though. How can I enable this? Please advise.

Hi,

Please make sure that the history plugin is published. You will see the information at the bottom of the order details page of the backend on the column on the right of the history table.

The history plugin is already enabled. On the bottom of the detailed order I can see the history table. The table contains the following columns:

type, order status, reason, user / ip, date and information

Unfortunately none of its columns show any information about the actual credit card info. The last column named information is all blank...

We are using version Business version 1.6

The credit card information should be in the last column "Information".
Since the column is empty, it means that there was no information recorded at the moment the order was created, or that you already clicked on the link which allows you to delete the information from the database (there is a message with a link at the top of the order details page telling you to delete the credit card information once used for security reasons).
So anything you do won't make it appear for that order. You should try with a new order.
