Remove "Name" From Registration Page

The first name field of the registration screen is for the joomla user account. The second one is for the billing address.
It might not always be the same.
You can remove the first one by changing the option "registration" of Checkout tab of the configuration. That will remove the name, username and password fields from the registration in order to simplify the process for the user.
