How to display Cart on its own page

Right now when you click the Shopping Cart, it goes nowhere. This is because the Cart currently displays BELOW the items, so you can't see that the Cart is displaying at all. How can I get the Cart to display on its own page when clicked?

For that you should change your checkout workflow in the Checkout tab of the configuration as explained there:
