How to move Hikashop, JoomlaTM Online Shop System

You should unpublish your module with the id 92 for your first problem.

For your menus, you should go in their hikashop options (you can go there via the menu Display->Content menus and then edit the menu) and select the category you want in the "parent category" option. Also, make sure that the menu is configured properly to display your products.

You can use transparent backgrounds yes.For that, you should upload in your products/categories images with a transparent background.

For the footer, you can disable in the tab Display of the configuration with the "show footer" option.

In some cases, the GD library installed does not allow to keep the transparent background when the images are resized.
You should first try with different formats of images: gif, png with other image software.
If that doesn't work and if you don't have too much images, you could also upload the resized images in the folders media/com_hikashop/upload and media/com_hikashop/thumbnails... so that they get the background transparent.
