Remove "alias" title from product page

My individual product pages are displaying BOTH the product title,, and the joomla alias on the page.

For example:
Twin Rivers 2010 Re-Enactment (this is the proper product title)
Film Twin_Rivers_2010_Re-Enactment_Film (this is also showing, but I don't want it to).

How can I stop this from ocuring?

It's not the alias but the product code. That happens because of your template which doesn't process properly spans. You should deactivate that option of your template and it won't display the product code anymore.

Hello,
I am having the same issue but have no idea how to disable the span in my template.

Is this a setting in the configuration page?
