Cart (Checkout) URL is different

hi,

I don't know if this is intended, but the url to the checkout on a page with a product listing includes the product listing path:

/type-collection/bunken-tech-sans-condensed/buying-options/product/updatecart.html

bunt the url to the checkout from a page with no product listing is

/component/hikashop/product/updatecart.html

Is it possible to always have the second one?
This would it make possible to have a standard menu link to the checkout. (or is this possible already and I did not found?)


And by the way...

is it possible to store the last product listing url and to use it for the "continou shopping" button on the checkout process?
