Google Merchant not updateing.

I have the cron task successfully updating, the FTP username and password match, and the xml file name matches, but my google merchant is no longer updating from Hika Shop.

Please help.

Are you sure that you're using the FTP username and password of the settings of your Google merchant account and not your Google merchant account credentials ?
If you trigger the cron task manually (set a really low frequency to the google products plugin) by opening the cron URL of the configuration via your browser, do you get any error message from Google ? If so, what does it says ?
Likewise, if you download the xml file directly from the google products plugin and upload it manually on your google merchant account, does it work ?

Yes, I'm sure.

No Error Message

Manual upload of xml file worked fine.

Could you set a low frequency like 1 in the options of the plugin so that it is triggered each time the cron is triggered ?

Stupid question but did you publish the plugin ?
Other than that I don't see why the plugin wouldn't be triggered.
