Can't Check Out

I installed the shopping cart and tried going through the checkout process. I can't get past first the first step no matter how I change the workflow.

I am unable to register. I disabled the registration and was still unable to checkout. No address input information was viewable so I wasb't able to input any customer shipping or billing address info. There was also no 'checkout' button display, only a 'continue shopping' button. When I hit 'next' it just stays on the same page.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Hi,

Once I had logged on your checkout I couldn't see the shipping method selection area. It seems that you set a zone restriction in your shipping plugin which is not correct. Because of that, it doesn't display it when you're logged in and because of that, the system doesn't allow you to checkout.

Please remove the zones you configured in the in your shipping plugin options and it should then display on your checkout when logged in and the system will allow you to finish your checkout.

Ok, I deleted the restriction but I am still having the same issue. When I click 'register' it keeps me on the same page. There is no 'checkout' button at the bottom just a 'continue shopping' button.

Could you do a screenshot of your shipping method options, of your checkout and of your configuration's checkout tab so that we can see how you configured all that ?
