Bank transfer data printed?

Hi,

I test the packages files by updating our demo website. No specific problem.
You are currently the only person who have a problem with the package so I think that the problem in not in the package itself.

Please check your upload limitation and if your "tmp" folder have right write access.
If you still have problem with the package, I will recommend you an installation by FTP like explain in our documentation:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/5...-install.html#errors

Hi,
i opened a ticket on my server service to check the limit of upload.
Meanwhile how can i check if my "tmp" folder have right write access?

The simplest is to change the permissions of that folder to 777:

It was a server upload issue.
Now the service has solved it.
So,
The issue of Bank transfer data on e-mail is not changed.
The system send the e-mail without the data.
What can i do?

Also now, after the update, i have another problem. I'll open a new topic!

Hi,

Do you have override on your email ?
In HikaShop 2.2.2 we create a new templating system for emails (but it kept the compatibility with the older system) and we put a new design for the default mails.

Yes I saw it and I really like it.
But there is no trace of the data for the bank transfer. :(

PS: I have the new template only on the administrator email. There is no template on the user e-mail; also there is no data bank!

Don't you have an override on the user emails ?
They should have the same style than the administrators ones.

No, I have not.
But remember that i have modified that email to introduce the data bank like on your instruction.
Maybe that kind of email is still the same after the 2.2.2 update

No, I have not.
But remember that i have modified that email to introduce the data bank like on your instruction.


So you have override the email.
If you don't have the new design it means that you override it.

I personally made the new template of every common emails

Maybe i did not undestand "override"... my bad english :(
So i'm going to explain better.
I have the new template on the administrator email.
I have NOT the new template on the user order notification email and i have not the data bank on it also.
But the user order notification emails are customizated via system>email>"order creation notification" before the 2.2.2 update.

Hi,

So you should have a trash icon in the HikaShop mail listing (in the backend).
First, I will recommend you to open the mail and make a copy of his content in a file in your computer. It will be your backup.

After that, you will use the trash icon in order to remove your override.
At this moment, your modifications will be removed and the original email will be use.
You will have the new design with the new content and the new improvements.

If you still have troubles for the bank transfer data in this email. Please tell us and we will see how to fix it.
Working on the official mail will be easier for us and will help all HikaShop users in the same time.
