Add shipping to final total cost?

With this store, the client is sending the products out themselves, so I don't need to use the UPS shipping plugin or anything like that. Is there a way to add a dollar amount to the total cost for the shipping cost?

actually when i added that shipping plugin, it is now saying there is no payment method found. but it was working fine before i added it.

That's probably because of the way you setup your payment plugin.
