linking hikashop categories to joomla menus

I am having this problem of two different urls when accessing a category through joomla menu as compared to the one when clicking on the category image.
i have searched and found progreccor's thread. is there not any proper way to do it?.

Progreccor's method doest not work for me as i have subcategories as well. apart from that by doing so breadcrumbs change as well and do not stay the same.

Why not use it?

no i didnt work for me. it works perfect if you dont have subcategories. i have installed ReDJ plugin and set the redirection of all hikashop categories to the joomla menu addresses. this works for me.

why this is don't work for you?
I need to know. May be I don't clear understand what happens?

it is difficult to understand like this. just make a subcategy and within that subcategory another one. then try to link that last one to your menu. you will find out.
