Address page displayed twice in checkout

Hi, I have the following checkout workflow setup:

cart_coupon,login,address,shipping,payment,confirm_cart_coupon_status_fields,end

and when you go through the checkout process the address page is shown twice (i.e. address page shown, click 'Next', address page shown, click 'Next', shipping method page shown). This happens even if you use whatever default addresses are shown & selected the first time the address page appears.

The weird thing is that it only seems to happen if I am logged in before I start the checkout process?

try address_shipping, instead of address,shipping .
