Special prices for products with options

Yes. That's the purpose of the characteristics and variants feature. You will be able to add characteristics to your products. Then, for each combination of characteristics a variant will be created where you can define different information than the main product. Then, on the product page, your customer will have a dropdown for them to select the characteristics they want and the price of the corresponding variant will be displayed and used. Like the price, you can specify different description, different images, etc
