a little help with css for address button

I'm looking for a simple way to change text color for address button, because it's almost invisible in form..where and what css tag should i add to make it visible?

i have it..where should i look, css, html?

put cursor on button right mouse click - inspect element in bottom menu looking where in css you need make changes
