Mark Free Products as "Confirmed"

I am new to HikaShop and have a quick question. We have some electronic products on our site that we will be offering free, however, we still need to utilize the shopping cart to update the user's access group.

When a user goes through the process to "purchase" the free product it obviously lists the order status as "created", which doesn't allow the user to access the product until we go in and manually change the status to "confirmed". Is there a way to mark certain products as "confirmed" immediately after purchase?

I know you can set all products to go directly to "confirmed" after the order is made, but since we will also be using the shop to sell electronic products we don't want users to have access to these products until they go through a valid payment method.
