Paypal Standard not work

I maybe buy the premium membership as I test for many shopping carts and found Hikashop is the best one for us.
We just try to add a few products in our cart and would like to test for the payment which mainly use paypal.

We test buy the products and it took us to paypal page but show the error message as
"Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.

Tried the same address in paypal and even used the real address for buyer but it still shown the same msg as above.

Pls help.
