They ask me a link to download my catalog CVS by the crawler.
How can i do?

I don't know. I suppose that most users focus on Google search results and we have a specific plugin for it so that your products data is sent to google.

What about the "Export" function from HikaShop Products? Could that CSV be posted on lacasetta's site and manually updated when needed?

yes, manually you can do that. export your products CSV and upload it somewhere on your website and give the link to it to your search engines.

The problem is that the CSV format of HikaShop and the CSV format of your search engine are not the same. That would require customization of the view generating the CSV to adapt to the format of the engine.
So not easy to do.

I forgot to tell you that was the google products plugin on google merchants.
So the CVS format of Hikashop must be correct without adapt to the format!
Second problem: I had Enabled Auto Upldate. But there wasn't any update. I sent the catalog manually.
My cron was set on when I enabled my wait list.

Could you try to get the error messages in English ?
Normally, you should be able to do that in google merchant.
It is not a CSV which is generated by that plugin but a XML file. That's why I thought that you were talking about the export of products.
If you want the auto update, you need to fill the FTP username and password fields of the plugin with the corresponding information of your google merchant account.

In the "condition" option of the plugin, you should put one of the valid conditions of Google product:
support.google.com/merchants/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=160606
You should also configure your shipping information in your google merchant account.
Then, it should work properly.

If the cron is working, that the FTP credentials are correct and that the file is valid when you do it manually, the auto update should work if the plugin is published.
