Changing the title for products listing menu

When I create a menu link to my list of products (HikaShop » Product / Listing), It displays "product category" as the main heading on the resulting page.

Where in the code can I go to change this to "Bookings/Purchases"?

Go in the Category listing of your back end, click on "root" on the left area and then you will be able to edit the "product category" category and change its name.
