Make a simple catalog of products

Hi everybody. I'm french,then I hope I can explain what I want.
Actually, I need only a simple listing of my products, without price, picture, description. I found how to hide the price. But not for the picture. Please, can you say me that ?

In the menu, I've first a link near all sub-category of one category dislayed on the page. Click on one display the simple listing.
And in the menu, I wish also a direct link near one of the sub-category because its description is important. This link dispplay the same listing.
Not link on the name of products. Or, perhaps, just near the form "ask a question about this"
