Discount prices ?

You need to create discounts via the menu System>Discounts.
There, affect each discount to the corresponding products.

Once done, you can configure the way the discounted prices will be displayed using the option "show discounted price" in the Display tab of the config (for the product page) and in the hikashop options of your menus/modules (for the products listings).

Did you install the new install package of the commercial edition after buying it ?
If not, you should do it.
If yes, it means that it didn't work properly as the system still thinks that it is in Starter mode. In that case, pleas try to reinstall the commercial edition package. If you get errors, report them to us. If no errors and that it's still working, please provide a back end access your website (via our contact form) so that we can look at the problem.

You bought the correct version, don't worry.

However, on your website, the new version is not installed. The system is still with the Starter edition. Please follow the instructions in my previous message.

You will have to edit the file "listing_price" of the view "product" via the menu Display->Views if you want to change that.
