Working with 100% coupons

I have a question on using coupons, and the order status that results in the end.

If I have a coupon for 100%, or for the total value of the order, the total price for the order is $0. If the user completes the order, the order is successful and has a status of created, not confirmed.

Is there some setting somewhere that will change that behavior so that orders completed with a $0 total, when using coupons, will have a confirmed status? That way someone will not need to manually change the order status of the order.

Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.
