That's funny - you're getting the Unix Epoch as a date ( www.rachaelarnold.com/dev/archive/why-is-date-returning-wrong ) There must be an invalid timestamp argument being passed to the plugin.

On the other hand, I'm seeing a correct ETA (although I can't get it to display in 12-hour format) but the text is a little odd. Something like:
Estimated delivery date: 03/19/2012 days after shipping it <- This bit doesn't make sense
Delivery hour: 15:00:00
