If product stock is "10"
Someone wants to order let's say "12"
Is there a way that he will still be able to complete the order,but receive just a error message that the product will be delivered with a 3 day delay?

also when someone creates a order on my website he receives a e-mail with a link to his order,as usual,but how can i make the link to use SEF link instead of " andocom.ro/v2/index.php?option=com_hikas...=order&task=show&cid []=3"

For the moment, there is no way to change the out of stock notification.

The link to the order cannot be with SEF, because a part of the link is going to be missing.
But you can change the text of the link, in System > Emails, edit the "order status notification" email, and change "$url" by the text wanted.
