Hi,

When I login as a customer, I do not see the buttons to change the order or the adress.
How can I activate the function. I have already integrated the user account panel in joomla.

Thanks for your help.

To be able to change or see your orders you will have to create a "Menu" which "Menu Item Type" will be from the Hikashop list the "User control panel" or "Customers Order" or "User Address" . And there you will be able to change that stuff.

The second part i didn't really understand... How did you integrate the user account panel ? This happens automatically you don't have to do it... the simple joomla user is just a shopper in Hikashop but without default shipping address (which he will be prompted to enter when he tries to order something.

Also a tip : In the latest version of Hikashop there is a plugin that Redirects the user from the Joomla registration to Hikashop Registration (the plugin is disabled by default and you will have to enable it to work)

Hope i helped.

Thanks for your advices. I already create the menu type "customers orders" and "user address" and enable the plugin.
If the customer make an order and use the link to print the invoice, he will see his orders and datas.
The issue is, if he login there is no buttons or links "customers orders" and "user address".
How can I create a link to this buttons? Is there a connection between Joomla and hikashop to activate?

So sorry but i really can't understand what you're asking... You create a menu with "customers orders" and "user address" but they did not show if the user logins ? This is only possible if you created an access rule for this menu to show only to Guests or not registered users...Maybe you should pout it to "Public"?
Also can you provide a link or at least a screanshot of what you're referring to ?

Hi

I am a litte bit helpless. If a customer logins (frontend) there is no buttons or link to go to the customer account like hikademoshop.

Yes because you have to create it first and make it accessed only to registered users or at least public.

You probably know ho to create a menu item and giving to it access level Public(which is default) or Registered so what's the problem ?
