Collect info from customer per product

I am in need of a simple cart, that allows me to add one or more form fields into a products description, which are required to be filled in before adding the product to the cart.

Such as one product may require the user to enter a name and date before they add the item to the cart; and they could theoretically add the same item twice with two different names and dates...

Some may require email addresses or URLs, it would be nice if these could be validated as working emails/urls, but that isn't a requirement.

Can HikaShop help me?

You can do that with custom fields of the table 'item' (menu Display->Custom fields) in the Business edition.

However, there is no option for the validation of emails/urls. If you really want it, you can always add some javascript code to check it.
