Hi there

I was wondering if there was any way that I could have the option to add a product to a basket (choice of two items) to be free if they pruchase certain products.

There is no real feature to do that, but you could always add an option for that in your products and turn off the "group options with products" option of the configuration so that the option would appear has products in the cart.

Can you do a screenshot of the product edition page and give a link to your product page so that we can see that ?

Ok have sorted it all now! Well almost the page is here

kmsportsnutrition.co.uk/index.php/shop3/.../category_pathway-22

The free sports bottle or tribelt is available on all orders of USN products. Obviously we only want to give away one belt or bottle per order and not per product. Is there a way of sorting it so that we can limit wether the option comes up if it has already been selected e.g if they for example purchase a bottle of the recover xcell as shown above and choose the tribelt as the freebie and then buy a box of USN vooma gels I would like it sop that the option didnt come up again but I am assuming that isnt possible.

Any other thoughts or suggestions?

There is indeed no option for that. That would require to customize the file "option" of the view "product" via the menu Display->Views in order to not display the options based on the products in the cart... But that require to know PHP.

OK unfortunately I know how to insert into PHP but not what to insert so unless someone has some suggestions I will have to either work it out myself or just leave it alone for now!!!
