No payment methods found - on check out page

Hi,

I am a new user for Hika shop. I want to integrate the payment methods in my site with Hika shop. I enable the PayPal and Google Check out plugins from the back end. But still I get an error message that "No payment methods found" on the check out page.

Can any one know how to integrate sanbox for testing.
