delete a large number of products

i have 175 products that the manufacturer has discontinued, and are no longer available.

of course that all have a different sku (product code).

must they be deleted one by one, or can this be done with some type of import?

The import cannot delete anything.
You could however unpublish them via the import.

If you want to delete them, you will have to do it one by one.
