How to insert an image-map?

hello,

i would like to insert an image-map. i copy and paste the html code in the descrition box - i can see the picture but the links don't work at all. how do i do it?

That's the way to do it and it should work. But maybe it comes from your HTML editor ? You should try to deactivate it in the "editor" option of the configuration of hikashop and see if it works better.

Then, there are also HTML editors which allow you to create image maps directly in them like JCE with that image map plugin : www.sarki.ch/jce15/telecharger/plugins-p...n-image-map-pour-jce

hello,

i created the image map with dreamweaver 3 - then i copied the the html text and pasteted it into the description box of the hikshop. The problem is not the html code it works - but to put it in the hikashop is the problem.

I installed JCE 2.0.11 - now what?

I understand that the problem is not the HTML. That's why I told you to try to deactivate your editor because sometimes, the editor strips out some of the HTML.

In the main tab of the configuration of HikaShop. You can access the configuration of HikaShop via the menu Components->HikaShop->Configuration on your backend.
